Smoking:

For the continued comfort of all our guests, smoking is not permitted INSIDE the accommodation.. When smoking outside of the accommodation, your care and attention is required during the hot summer months when the countryside is tinder dry, and please dispose of your cigarettes and cigars safely and responsibly in the sand buckets provided.

Booking and payment:

When booking, a non- refundable deposit of 25% is required with the balance due 60 days before the start of your holiday. If you have to cancel your booking, we will endeavour to move your deposit to another date within 12 months of your original booking – subject to availability. However, this option is not available is your cancellation is within 30 days. We recommend travel insurance to cover this eventuality.

Alterations or Cancellations by us:

We reserve the right to amend any holiday details before the booking takes effect. However, if there is a major change we will inform you at the earliest convenience so that you have the choice of cancelling at no charge. If there are circumstances beyond our control, e.g Air strikes, delays, ‘acts of god’ we will try and rebook your holiday at a time to suit you, beyond this, we cannot accept liability.

Damage deposit:

A refundable deposit of 125€ or £100 in cash is payable upon arrival. This will be returned in full within 14 days assuming all is as you found it in the accommodation.

Cleaning:

We expect the accommodation to be left as it is found, other than the linens/towels. A cleaning fee of €30/£25 will be charged if you prefer not to clean on your departure especially if you have an early morning flight.

Changeovers:

We will try to be flexible with check in/out times but will generally be on a Saturday during peak periods. Check in 1600hrs and Check out 1100hrs.

Privacy:

As resident owners, we will respect your privacy but will be on hand if you wish for any help or advice. A guest information book is available in the accommodation. Our track to the house also acts as a right of way to the olive groves beyond and occasionally you may see some vehicles go by to attend the olives. The harvesting season for the olives is between November and February at which time you will see some activity. The olive farmers are very friendly and will always offer a wave as they go by.
