A large internal bathroom finished to a high standard featuring a walk-in shower big enough for 2! Bath with shower mixer tap, bidet, WC and semi pedestal basin with overhead light, mirror and extendable shaving mirror.

Natural light floods the bathroom via a sunpipe and there is an extractor fan and underfloor heating.

The salon and dining area has been designed to offer a comfort. The focal point is the feature rustic fireplace with an efficient wood burner for the cooler winter months.

There are 2 large comfortable sofas to lounge on whilst watching the flatscreen TV, listening to music on the stereo or from your IPod. The UK Freeview channels are supplied via satellite keeping you in touch with all your favourite programmes. In addition, there is also a library of DVDs for you to enjoy.

The table lamps create an ambience to aid your relaxation and totally immerse yourself in this relaxing rural retreat. If you choose to dine indoors, there is a table and 4 chairs supplied.

The terrace doors from the lounge lead to the covered terrace where you can take your morning coffee and see the sunrise. Outside dining is also available under the covered terrace on the hardwood table and 6 chairs supplied. 

The kitchen is in the ‘andalucian’ style with granite worktops . It is fitted with all modern appliances that include a gas hob, electric cooker hood and fan oven and microwave.

In addition there is a full sized dishwasher and fridge freezer and is fully stocked with all the essential crockery, cutlery, pans and utensils to make your holiday as easy as possible.

The storeroom is where you will find all the cleaning utensils together with iron/ ironing board. Terrace towels, fire extinguisher, safe and first aid kit. Should you have the need to wash your clothes, the use of a washing machine in the laundry room of the main house is available to weekly guests.

The Swimming Pool completed in August 2013 is ready and waiting for you to enjoy. Finished in rustic style using natural stone, it blends seamlessly into the landscape and positioned to take in the fabulous vista whilst floating gently in the sun warmed water.  With easy access down steps and water depth of 1.2 metres, it is a safe and perfect way to cool down from the day’s activities or for respite from the summer sun.

There is a large open terrace with the accommodation for sunbathing and a splash pool for the comfort of guests during the hot summer months. Gas BBQ. In addition, there is a  covered terrace which offers an outside dining area and a place to soak up and enjoy the views of the sierras and a welcomed respite from the hot summer sun.There is a plenty of space to park with 2 dedicated spaces at the front of the accommodation.

For your comfort during the winter months, there is under floor heating throughout and the benefit of a woodburner. Fire extinguisher, Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarm are fitted for your safety.
