At Casa Moya we are conscious of the need to offset our carbon footprint and in doing so we have invested in Solar tubes to heat the hot water and a ‘grey water’ tank where we harvest all the washing/ dishwasher and shower water as well as rain water which is then used for the irrigation of plants, shrubs, trees, fruit and vegetables.

We have the ambition to create a ‘green space’ on the four acres of land that we own and the funds for the creation of our sustainable garden is entirely generated from the rental income of the ‘Granero’.

So if you choose to have your holiday at Casa Moya and you wish to offset your carbon debt, you can be sure that you will be investing in live carbon digesting plant material in our landscaping.
